Day 4 Emergency Pediatrics

Patient 1:
Appendicitis rule out
Fever 
Stomach pain
Testi exam 
Tonilitis- looks viral 
Strep throat.

Give penicilin rash, give again under guidance.

Patient 2:
Downs 3yrs
And pain touch straight cry
Rash leg

Ultrasound to rule intususseption.
If so speedy air into abdomen to fix intestine.

Patient 3:
Swollen knee 2nd episode
Blood
Crp, Ana, RF, pt- rule out hemophilia 

Pateint 4:
Lip suture
Ketolamin
Propafel

Muscle single stitch
Mucous continuous stitch, nylon

Watched this operation right after lunch and almost passed out....that was a first, had to sit down out side the room....but did not want to tell anyone...kinda embarrassing :P Drank some water and went back in to hold the boys arm down, and continue watching and was ok from there...My BP is always too low was dizzy in the head the whole day even prior to watching the suturing of the split lip.
